All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Appointments

When you book a service with us, you agree to provide accurate information about your service needs and location. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change based on the complexity of the work required. Additional charges may apply for parts, materials, or services not included in the original quote. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of service completion, and we will work to resolve the issue. Warranties on parts and materials are subject to manufacturer terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deals of Quality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide a safe working environment for our technicians, accurate information about your service needs, and timely access to the service location. You are responsible for backing up any data before computer or device-related services.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
